remedy for Asthma and Allergy

anxietiesHi,

 

I want to take ho eopathy medicines for my following illness and requesting you to suggest the appropriate homeopathy or Biochemic medicines

 

1.       Since 2001 I am suffering from Bronchitis or Asthma and taking inhaler “ Aerocort”. I feel short breath or uncomfortable when I am exposed to

 

·         Dust, Smoke ( Especially Cigratte)

·         Smell of Storng smell such as perfume , Tadka ( Smell from Kitchen)

·         During winter season

 

2.       Constipation – Most of the days  I go to Toilets minimum 02 to 3 times.

 

3.       Allergy is the another problem with me and I take Citrizen tablet or similar anti allergic tablet twice in a week

4.       Indi gestation – I burp  a lot  

Please suggest which medicine should I purchased and how to take them


 5. I snore a lot and most of time get sound sleep.

About me

I am very emotional and short tempered as well.

I have fear of heights and anxieties of small small things
