anal twitch

hello
five years ago I went to a traditional homeopath to get help with some post partum issues. She decided that my constitutional remedy was Sepia and she told me to take sepia daily (I can't remember what potency but it was higher than 30C)- not something you can buy in the store. After a few days I developed this twitch in my intestine. then it moved to just inside my anus. so it is hard to say where it is exactly. it is inside though. she tried giving me different remedies and nothing worked. I have had this 'twich' off and on ever since. sometimes it goes away for a month and then comes back again. sometimes it is very often and very annoying, especially if I am relaxing and notice it more. I have been tested for parasites and it came back negative. I have had fissures (just diagnosing myself by my symptoms) from being constipated and have had yeast issues off and on. I am not sure if that is what is causing the twitching. can you help me with this??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 30C as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

After 7 days if there is no change you may take Ruta 200 in the morning and evening for 2 days and see how that affects.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
