rash on hands

I have a rash on my hands that I have been trying to clear up for over 3 weeks now. It stared out as a little bit of dry skin in the webbed part of my fingers and has turned into blisters all over my fingers and the backs of my hands. It itches very badly and when I put lotion on it makes it feel more inflamed and itchy. I only use things like coconut oil, shea butter and a hand made calendula hand salve. No store bought lotions. I have also been staying away from all soap and shampoo since it seemed like it flared up when I started using shampoo again after washing my hair with baking soda for a couple of months. I have since gone back to washing with baking soda thinking maybe that would help it. I have a few people tell me that baking soda helps with eczema which it what I originally thought it was, but not sure now. I have been taking probiotic powder to make sure my guts in good order. I have also been trying to alot of foods that are good for the skin and also taking vitamins and fermented cod liver oil. I went on a fruits and vegetable diet for about a week and saw not improvement. I tried popping the blisters and putting rubbing alcohol on them to dry them up. It seemed like it helped a little and had a really good day and thought it was going away, but then that night it flared back up. I have tried so many things and nothing has helped it! Right now I am trying to keep them out of a lot of water and if I do wash them only use distilled water. They are very dry and cracking badly, but like I mentioned before the moisturizers only seem to make it itch more! Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
