Lumbar Spondlysis/scatia/Vertigo/

Pls c following symptoms
1)severe pain from hip to left thigh and tingling sensation in the left thigh
2)from 20 days above the left thigh there is very bad pain above the thigh when start getting up or while sitting above left hip there is intolerable pain and walking is near to impossible
XrAy done 5 months before ,
The result is as follows
Mild lumbar spondylosis
Cervicel spine
Degenrative osteophytosis seen at mutliple levels with narrowed disc space between C5-6
Lumbo sacral
Same above in L1-2
3-Diebties
4-Vertigo here doctor said it is inner ear infection when ever I take the antibiotic this vertigo is remove
Please suggest me medicine and how many days I can take the medicine I can bring the medicine from my native country
