sepia

Thank you for your responses. Was that considered an ' aggrivation'. Or did I do any harm to myself by self prescribing sepia? I had no idea.I have used other Homeopathic remedies with excellent and gentle results, I had no clue that I cld get such severe cramps. Do I still need mag- phos? I'm finally getting better. The fear was scary. I will only use qualified Homeopathic next time. Lesson learned. Hope it was just a detox effect. Thx again

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You don't need the mag phos if it is clearing up.

Aggravation is when remedy is right but perhaps
potency was a bit too much, however symptoms
come up that you have had before-- ( not new
symptoms) and then leave and you feel better usually
mentally- first then physically.

Proving a remedy is having symptoms that you
Never had before- and the remedy will fade off
on its own.

Please note that once you put on here a case-
all comments should be on that thread- do
not make new ones bc it confuses everyone.
