Need help for back pain joint pain

Hi Friends..

I am new to this forum.I am not in a position to afford doctors consultation fee.Please guide me medicine to get recovered from the health related problems.

1)I have lower and upper back pain. Now it is started paining my necks also.This is basically right side in my body.

2)My legs joints are also paining.

3)Most of time i feel stiffness to my back and difficult in getting a sound sleep.

5) I feel my right side of body is not normal due to above pain in back ,neck and legs.

6) Above problem i am feeling from the last 10 years.I consulted some doctors but English medicine could not help me out at all.

7)Few days before i had a medical checkup which says i have stones in my right kidney.They have suggested to undergo surgery.

Please suggest me some medicine so that i can get cured.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

day 1 and day 2

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows...

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 3 to day 15

Please take 5 drops each of the following mother tinctures together in some 20 ml water thrice a day.

*Berberis Vulgaris Q Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Just want to know if these will cover the all the types of illness that i have mentioned above like:

1)neck pain
2)back pain
3)leg knee pain
4)right side kidney stones
5)Numbness the the right body parts specially hands and legs.
