Age: I’m 42 years old. Started masturbating since 13 years old. As a result the time for reaching ejaculation slowly came down in 3 years from 45 minutes to as low as 1 or 2 minutes.
To resolve this issue, just before ejaculation, I used to stop ejaculation by pressing hard the penis at the top middle of the penis glans and the portion where the corpus spongiosum joins with the glans at the bottom with two fingers. the pressure was too high that it left a permanent dent/deformation where the pressure was applied. it also affected further growth of the penis and now i have premature ejaculation and low libido problem and also when traveled in bike for some distance the penis go numb or would become erect. Also the penis is bent rightwards and becomes erect even if gently rubbed.

then i did jelking ( ie pulling the penis from the root of the shaft to the glans) exercises. it slightly improved the status. then probably because of pull with increased force, the improvement vanished.
