Pain near anus and inside Rectum

Hello,

Im 25 Year old male. I have been suffering from anal pain for the last one year. The pain has never been as extreme as it is now. I have always used homeopathic medicines my whole life and have firm belief in them.

My pain started a few years back but I had no idea where this pain was coming from, so I thought maybe it was related to my backbone. I went to the doctor and he gave me some pain-killers. The pain went away after a few days.

Now it started again last year, but it was always in episodes. It would stay for a day or two then go away.

Now for the last two weeks, it has become permanent. The pain starts approx one hour after my bowel movement and stays for the whole day. I can not sit due to this pain. Lying down on my back reduces the pain a bit.

After I connected the pain to bowel movements, I researched online and found that sulphur would be a good remedy for this pain. I started having sulphur 30 once a day for the last week. But I thought that maybe the dosage was too low.
For the last two days I have been taking sulphur 30 every six hours. This has changed the pain a bit. Yesterday I noticed a boil near my anus and it hurts. The boil is at the same place where I used to experience pain but there was no boil there earlier.

It is so painful that I think I should stop taking sulphur, and switch to silicea.

But as Im not an expert, I need help desperately. I am using Ibuprofen 200 to relieve pain. It takes affect after a few hours but at least then I can walk around and sit a little.

Maybe I should mention, there is no blood anywhere and no pus. No constipation as my Bowel Movements are regular.

Please help me. May God bless you guys.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Nitricum Acidum 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hello Dr Kadwa and Dr Nawaz,

I had ordered Nitric Acid 200 after Dr Kadwa's reply. It is hard to get homeopathic medicines in UK so it took a long time to arrive.

In the meantime, I have started taking silicea 30 and arnica 30 three times a day. The pain in anal region has reduced but the small lump is still there and it is painful.

Should I stop taking silicea and arnica? Do i need to give a gap after stopping silicea so I can start taking nitric acid?

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

I have taken nitric acid 200 as prescribed by Dr Kadwa.

I will report my symptoms during the next 15 days.

Hello,

I don't know if its too early to report my symptoms but i thought I should share.

The anus pain after bowel movement has returned. The inflammed lump is still there.
During the past week it has increased to about an inch wide. There is no bleeding but the pain is too much.

Can I take ibuprofen 200 daily with homeopathic medicines?

I am not taking any medicines at all.

Please respond.

Thanks

One more thing. Whenever I sneeze or cough, I feel pressure on my anus.

This is painful too.

Thanks...

Hello,

Please let me know if painkillers are ok to take with homeopathic medicines?

Thanks a lot.

The pain returned means what? Which remedy gave relief in pain?

I was using silicea 30 three times a day for a week, before taking nitricum acidum 200.

The anal pain was almost gone then but the inflammation near anus was still present.

Now it has been two days since I took nitric acid 200. The anal pain after BM has returned and the inflammation is still there. The lump has been gradually growing. It is almost an inch.

If it is a abscess, is it possible to dry it without draining it?

Regards

Hello,

Now Im pretty sure that the lump is an abscess. It has formed a yellow coloured head. Earlier when I was sitting on a chair, the pain slightly eased and I felt that some of the pus traveled sideways into a canal. That canal swelled up for some time but now that canal is almost gone.

I am very scared about this abscess. Please help me, I need to get rid of it.

I will be utterly grateful to you guys if you can help.

Please take Silicea 30 in the morning and evening for 7 days. It seems that Calc Sulph 30 may also help you. That may be taken later if Silicea doesn't work.

Ok. I took silicea 30 once last night. And soon after that the abscess popped. It has been expelling blood and transparent pus since last night. The abscess has shrunk significantly. I am wiping the pus and washing it after every few hours. The pain has decreased too.

I will keep taking silicea 30. Though I still feel a dull pain in the anus after bowel movement.

I will keep reporting my symptoms. Thanks a million.
