70 year old maid with knee pain please help

There is a 70 years old lady who works as a maid (not in my house) in a few houses in my area. She says her knees are very painful and she walks very uncomfortably. She also feels quite weak, but goes to work to avoid the troubles at home.

The following medicines were suggested for her.
Wet dose Argentum Metallicum 6c twice a day
Wet dose Arnica 30c 2 times a day
For weakness, she was prescribed
Kali Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily

She has been taking these remedies - the arnica and Kaliphos since November 15th and the Argent Met since last week of December. She says that she has some relief, but that her knee pain is quite bad still.

Please advise.
