Migraine with Aura and Difficult Vision
Hello All !I am suffering with migraine since 1995. Almost 18 years. I was 16 yrs old that time when it occurred.
Basic information
Sex : Male
Age : 33 years
Occupation : Finance Manager
Marital Status : Married
No alcohol and No smoking.
I have experienced the migraine will hit me when there is sudden change in weather which is cold to hot or hot to cold. also when i have improper digestion with gas. Improper sleep also effect for migraine attack.
I also can be trigger with any thing which i am unable to identify but if i consume coffee regularly i am sure i will have a hit of migraine.
Symptoms :
It starts with heavy head and a flashing aura which blur my vision and make me sensitive to light. i get light sweat on my forehead. approximately after 15 minutes the real torturer starts, i get pain in my right side temple which goes from low to high. Aura gets subsidies but not in full. Some times i feel vomiting but never vomited.
From last 3 years it is getting worse on my life and profession as well. I have started missing the things and can not remember them
Pain remains for 2 days if uncured but if i go to sound sleep in a dark and silent room pain get subsidies but the pulsating temple will be with me for next one day also it give me dizziness and drowsiness.
Now a days feeling sensation towards sharp light some time feel uneasy looking at computer monitor as well.
Treatment History :
Initially i tried allopathy for treatment i followed by CT scan but it was normal. I was prescribed Xenobid which i use to take and go to sleep when i get attack.
After two year i tried homeopathy and wolla i was cured for next 10 years. I was given belladona 10 m for 4 months.
From last 3 years i am facing the migraine problem again and it is getting worse.
I have tried taking belladona 10 m once a day regularly but it is not helping. it has reduced the frequency of attacks but not cured as it cured me last.
I have been advised to wear glasses which is + 0.5 for both the eyes.
After the pain subsidies i have stiff neck and pain as well. drowsiness and heavy head remains for almost one day.
Deal All, I request you to please go through my history and and advise me the cure. I believe in homeopathy strongly.

Please take three doses of Bryonia 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I have my different opinion than dr. kadwa at first moment. I analyse and recommend you the following:
a) Strictly avoid to take coffee hence forth and
b) Take cofea-30 (thrice a day after meal) and
c) Kali Phos-200x (one dose at bed time.
continue the above protocol for a week only and give feed back.

Coffea-30 if it is available in liquid then 5 drops per dose and if in tablets form then 2 grain (two tablet) per dose.
