sinus , headcache
hi,i am suffering from sinus headache from the last 13years.
Age 32.
sex . Male
My symptoms are
Sinus congestion >
i feel heaviness in forehead and
Breath normal with out any difficulty However there is slight blockage in left nose -trill
Better during and after sleep , bathing, washing nose ,eating ,in fresh air.
worse in warm rooms (especially when there is gas heater)
Headache > I feel tight band ,heaviness dyll feeling . Loss of concentration
Discharge/secretions >
There is no discharge from nose normally. Some times there is thick gum (color is like water) type sticky secretion which discharged by force occasionally. It provides relief.
Other wise the nose is always dry internally.
Worse in dusty area. without sneezing.
I drink less water.
I like salty foods, Tea and i take less sweet.
sleep > good
computer work and slight mental work cause pain in shoulder and neck.
After eating and especially after taking tea (black) i feel heartburn and gas trouble.
oil fried foods cause gastric problems and increase sinus issue.
I have also taken allergy shots for two years and it provide me relief.
Antibiotics and ant-iallergy medicines does not provide relief.
I have also taken many homeopathic medicines without relief. however Lemna minor ticture and teucrium tincture i think provide very little relief.
ELOVERA extract also provide relief.
Is there anyone who can help me.

Please take Kali Bich-30 thrice a day and sangonaria Nit.20 one doese at night time. Note the changes and report after one week.

i am taking medicine but there is very little effect.
Another thing i want to mention there is ulcer type irritation and swelling in the left nostril (inside, its location at the root of the nose). right
nostril is very clear i can check it by a cotton bud. But in the left nostril there is much blockage.
one month ago a doctor prescribed me Zantac (which is given to ulcer patients)
and it provided me some relief.

this won't interfere with Dr. Mafooz prescriptions for you.
I had a couple relatives with similar swelling in a nostril
and ongoing sinus problems. Just using a saline nose spray-
not medicated ( bc those medicated ones can be addictive)
The salt spray was used several times a day and then less
as it got better.
The sterile salt soothes the nose tissue and keeps out
any pollen, dust etc and then mucous stops forming up.
Mucous makes the tissues more open to problems.
In USA people like this Ocean Premium sterile salt spray-
find something like it where you are-it is not going to
cure what is out of balance- but it will stop the cycle
of what is going on and you will have more energy to heal.
