Ginkgo Biloba 1X schwabe

Hello, I am 35 year old and suffering from memory problem, lack of concentration, I got this medecine name ginkgo biloba 1X, I would like to know if this medecine is effecting on what i have mentioned above, if yes then what dosage and potency one like me should be taking.
