Tight neck muscles

Back of neck muscle feel like ropes, sides of neck as well. Front of neck feels tight as if being choked, when bad the voice sounds like somebody who is being choked.

Feel tight bands in back and top of head, as well as forhead.

Basicly tight muscles from tops of shoulders to top of head, worse at night.

Stretches help slightly as does massage, but it doesnt seem to go away, stays this way most of the time.

feel a bit topsy turvy especially when driving, sometimes feeling as if will faint, but dont.

any remedies?
