Right vulvar or vaginal swelling

i am having right vulvar swelling about 2 years back, but after 6 months by doing sitz bath with hot water, that swelling which was very hard started paining a lot, i visited to my gynac and he prescribed me some pain killer and antibiotics for a month, now that hard swelling converted in soft swelling and it is without pain and also some what reduced. but i am in very much tension why this firm swelling is not gone ?? any one having the solution or any of experience regarding this?

one more thing is that when i have sexual excitement that swelling becomes larger, and as days go that swelling starts decreasing but it does not go out completely. i heard that one of the factor for this is the tension . i have very much tension in my family
