Cloudy urine.
I have an observed that whenever I eat sweet and wheat and some oily foods I get very cloudy and white flakes in my urine . My urine is always has some tiny flakes but I eat some sweet and oily foods it's has very big white strings and flakes . Sometime I have urinary incontinence and back pain . I got checked my urine which was negative for any infection. Please advise what to do? .Thank you so much.
