mouth ulcers

my wife 39 years has repeated problem of mouth ulcers which occur almost once every 2 months.they are 5 to6 in numbers and they occur in the inside mouth and also tongue. .she also has a history of constipation and headaches.what medicine can she take.currently she is on no homeo medication.

Describe your main suffering and from how long?
Exact location of problem?
Any cause which you feel for this ailment?
What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
When did it all start?
What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering?
When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
How sleep, how are your dreams?
Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
What medicines have been taken earlier?
How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?
If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.)
Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?
Any other information?

1. in the mouth and tongue and throat-abt 4 to 5 of these ulcers
2.maybe constipation is the cause.
3.occasuional headaches frequency twice a month lasting a day or two which only gets controlled by allopathic medicene.
4.mental suffering-irritation
5.started since last 7 to 8 years
6.eating food when the ulcers are present
7.hot weather
8.like light sour food,
9.less thirst
10.normal hunger
11.generally constipated
12.normal sleep,no dreams
13.no unusual feeling
14.taking multivitamin
15.lean weight 60 kg
16..regular menses lasting 4 days
17. father suffered stroke mif 50s on pacemaker,mother knee osteoarthritis which she acquired at the age of 60

Pl take
1. Nux Vomica-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Kali Mur-6x 3 pallets twice a day
Pl take the treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

my wife is still suffering from repeated constipation which is again leading to mouth ulcers.please suggest some good medicene for smooth bowel movement

1.In place of Nux Vomica-200, pl take Alumina-200
2. In addition to present prescription, pl take Hydrasis Can-Q 5 drops twice a day in 2 teaspoon water.
