Chronic Sinus Problem

Hi, I m suffering from sinus problem since 4 years, symptoms are thin watery discharge from nose, nose runs during day and get blocked during night, redness on right cheek and also pores are opening on right cheek, i hv taken many homeopathic medicine Sangunaria, hepar sulph, Nux vom, pulsatilla.

Only nuxvom reliefs me well but on continous use of nux for more than one week i feel confused and irretable/ headache, plz suggest me any good and low potency single / combination remedy, which i can use for long period.

Thankx, I hv started Sabadilla 30c on 14.02.13,
Can i ask wheter this med aggravate my pimples/acne , sorry but i am afraid because homeopathic med. first aggravate (increase) the problem and then cures it.

no it won't aggravate. Also take kali bichrom-30c thrice daily along with Sabadilla-30c.

Try using the salt water nasal spray ( always NON medicated)
bc the medicated ones can be addictive. Use it a few times
a day to start. It will not interfere with the remedy and it
will relieve symptoms bc it soothes the tissues, takes out
germs, allergens and then if tissues are not irritated no
mucous will form up.

Its more than 10days taking Sabadilla 30c , nOw i m feeling much better.
right nostrile is fine.
