minor muscle pull then massive spasming

I'm a very active 36 year old male who has considerable tension and tightness is all my muscles for years despite constant stretching and massaging. My left achilles' tendon has been extra tight recently, and that seems to have lead to a minor pull in my left calf while playing volleyball. I'm very attuned to my muscles, but don't feel much when this happens. It's like there's a little knot that lengthens a little but not in the normal unwinding fashion, and there's no real pain in that spot, but the thing is it starts to spasm all the way up to the inside of the right knee through my lower back and into the left then right shoulder and the muscle feels irritated (like it's not moving smoothly and cleanly like when it unwinds from stretching). This muscle contraction goes on for hours, with the hamstrings at the inside of he knee and the shoulders particularly irritated, eventually making it hard to walk. No matter how hard I try to relax and take calming breaths and not stress, my heart and pulse are rapid and I feel feverish and can't rest or sleep while this spasming is going on for 6-8 hours. Once it finally calms down a lot of massaging, yoga, more icing (which I'm not fond of since my feet are always really cold as it is) and a few doses of arnica get things seemingly back to normal in a few days. The calf tricks me into thinking it's fine, but it got reinjured and started spasming again from lunging to pass a volleyball and then a week later (this morning) when I was feeling great again from squatting for 5 seconds doing yoga. Any suggestions on how to break what is seeming to become a vicious cycle of minor pull then massive spasm?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Rhus Tox 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If this doesn't help take Moschus 200 in the same way.
