menthol, mint, onions

Hi I noticed your advice to avoid raw onions/garlic, and coffee while taking remedies. I wondered if mint/menthol is also to be avoided? when taking a 1M strength do i then avoid raw onions and garlic all the time? i eat both quite frequently. Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Kadwa, on here, wants you to avoid those things
on the days taking the remedy only. You should
avoid mint/menthol- I personally would avoid
those 2 all the time if a remedy was helping me.

Homeopaths differ on this-some find that
a person did well for months on a remedy, drank
coffee and went backward, so they give the remedy
again. Some remedies like Aconite and Sepia are
antidoted by people eating pickles and vinegar-
I have seen that happen in my own family.
I think, in general just avoid what Kadwa said when
you are in the process of taking the remedy, just
to be safe.
