Remedy for Age spots

Hello,

I am a 42 year old female with age spots on my face and hands and a mild case of spider veins on my face and thighs(outer).Possibly, they are from sun exposure and it is very annoying because I don't know what to use to get rid of them. I started noticing these conditions in the last 2 years.Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!
