Severe Left Sided Facial Pain

Morning Dr's!
I have severe left sided facial pain at the moment. I've had it for about a week now but it's getting unbearable.

I'm 28y/o female.
I seem to have a cold I can't get rid of.
The pain is on the left side as I said, it's stiff and pulsating and aching. It's above my left eyebrow, affecting my eye and causing mild photophobia and extreme pain in my eyeball (aching) it extends into my temple which almost feels tight and also aching (the temple based headache is on both sides, but still worse on left). My left jaw is stiff and aching, it almost feels bruised and I can't seem to open my mouth the entire way. My left cheek is also affected. There is a spot (my sinus) which is painful to touch but the pain extends into my cheekbone as well. It's also in my upper left teeth. They feel almost like they're being pushed out. The entire thing aches and seems to make me very tired. I feel better after a hot bath or after some sleep. I feel worse at various times of the day but definitely in the afternoon into early evening. Motion seems to make it feel better, but I'm too tired to do much. My skin feels hot from time to time and I feel hot, but it doesn't seem to be consistent and there's no flushing. My lips are dry and a bit chapped. There's some fluid in my ears when I blow my nose and the discharge is yellow. I've been sweating a lot at night when I'm sleeping as well.

In the past, I've taken Silicea (2 doses of 30c) and Pulsatilla (2 doses of 30c) The day I took the Pulsatilla was actually the day the cold came on, that was 2 weeks ago.

Any help? Please?
