Muscle contract and do not release contraction (tetanic contraction)

My condition is just weird so much that even a neurologist that own an hospital on my country didnt know what is and just tell me it is stress... ok so...

I have this condition at this level from stptember...

The problem is...

When i contract my muscle ,everyone no differences, the contraction remain like a tetanus or a cramp, until I do not bring back the articulation using the opponent muscle that is now in tetanic contraction.

Again...

If I contract a muscle by bring the articulation to its maximun range of contraction the muscle keep stayng contracted (it stay like a cramp or a tetanic contraction) until i use the opponent muscle to extend the contracted muscle...

But...

This is frustrating because i become easily fatigued and my muscle when it happen are like i have done 1 hours of gym in one tetanic contraction...

what can i do.. everyone have a sugestion...

i can do gym.. yes but i cant bring the contraction to a maximun or bring the articulation to much closed range , like you know 'showing the biceps by contraction , or showing the triceps' because i go tetanic....

please help...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Platina 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
