Insomnia remedies for Stressful people

What are other good remedies for people involved in a lot flying and cannot sleep.

I have given Opium 200c.

If they take one dose that night can they take another dose until it works?

What is the max amount of doses they can take?

I have also thought of Coffea and Camomilla
