sleeplessness

My Father is 65 years old. He is having the problem of sleeplessness.The sleeplessness is mainly due to may thought crowding in the mind.He also feel nervousness during that period.He has to wake up
8-11 times to drink water.even after that he feels thirsty.He is also having blood sugar but that is not too high(within range).
please help with a remedy

Please give him cofea crud-30 five drops thrice a day for one week and see changes.

Also please give him Kali Phos-200 five drops only at night time.
