need help with yearly cycle
Every year in September a "switch" happens in my body...I begin with waking up between 1-2am with night sweats.. My face (chin area) will erupt with sebaceous cysts. I will become ill by the end of september with bad cold or very sore throat. I begin a sprialling downhill of emotions...depression. In the past this has been treated with effexor by Christmas time. I take that till around april then face clears up and I feel my self again till the following Sept... This has been going on for at least 10 Years now..Its September now its all started again...Need help

This might be a bit wacky, but do you think this could be due to a change in sunlight - apparently it changes in quality across the year.
If so, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) might be worth investigating and try a few sessions with a natural light box perhaps
