Wet dose! Need info!!

Could someone please tell me what exactly I have to do if I want to use Arnica 6c in the wet dose three times a day. I've searched the forum but I'm still not sure. :/

How much do I of the med do I put in how much water and then how much time do I consume it in? I can't put it in a fridge r even put brandy in it so how do I preserve it if I am to drink it over a long period of time? I'd appreciate your guidance on this!

What I've always done with homeopathic meds is put 10-12 drops in a tablespoon of water. Is that wrong?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi- you sound like you are using Joe's therapy-
his site is www.joedelivera.com

Everyone does dosing a little different. 10 to 12 drops in a tbl.
spoon of water- is rather a lot of drops. Most homeopaths
say to use 2 drops or up to 4 drops in the tablespoon.

For Joe'e wet dosing- get a 500ml bottle of spring water.
pour out 3cm. Put 3 drops or 3 pills in it. Shake it hard
10x. For each dose shake it again or hit hard against the
hand, bc this makes the remedy a tiny bit different each time
and the body does not get used to it.

You don't need to refrigerate the bottle, It lasts for a long
time, Just make another bottle when you run out. A cap
full is a dose.

You are doing a great service to visitors to the ABC and I thank you for your dedication like me to help anyone in distress who asks for help.

For the record I shall copy my default therapy to make the Wet dose below:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

You do not need to take Arnica 30c THRICE daily as this can be considered as an overdose if you take it for an extended period.

I have taken Arnica 30c since 1996 nightly or more often as needed. If one is in good health and desires to be free of problems like Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Diabetes and many others, you are advised to take just ONE dose of Arnica 30c nightly for the rest of your life.

Thank you so much for your responses! This makes it much clearer.

Joe De Livera, I'm taking Arnica 6C, not 30 C. And I'm taking it to try and improve purplish 'dark circles' under my eyes. I read on the forum that Arnica 6c can help get rid of the blood that's pooled under the skin there.

Should I just use it for a limited period of time and then switch over to Arnica 30c for long term?

You would have read the post made by a patient who discovered that her dark circles disappeared in a few days with Arnica 6c.

You may continue with this remedy and report results in a few days.

It is OK to take the remedy in the 6c potency for some time and we can review results in a few weeks.

A point worth considering is that the 'dark circles' may not be due to the pooling of blood under the skin. It could also be due to increased pigmentation of the skin which can occur when exposed to direct sunlight.

Mine aren't pigmented. They're purplish and mostly towards the bridge of the nose.

I have melasma too and it has improved a bit with topical treatments and I've read topically applied arnica can help that too.
