Hi- if you want a remedy for weight loss, you cannot pick
your own remedy. Someone has to look at your case and
get more information to make the right choice for you.

This is not like having an 'acute problem' like you had an injury,
a cold, where you can use the Remedy Finder or a book on
acute prescribing to match the acute with a short term remedy.

Weight gain is not a 'sudden' thing, it may be that all you have
to do is change the diet and move more. That would indicate
that no remedy is needed. Remember, remedies are for
an 'illness' so if all that is needed is exercise and better
food choices and portions?? that is not an illness and a remedy
would cause you to have problems if not indicated.

You need to tell more about your height and weight and
why you think you need a remedy. Fill out this form also.
