Dr. Nawaz - Need your urgent help

Major Symptoms:

1. Itching and discharge of very offensive matter between thighs and scrotum, perineum. The
skin is very excoriating at these parts n it become blackish
2. Head heaviness mostly on the forehead (above eyes), keeps shifting to right temple, then
left and occiput. Right nostril blocked, when its open, the left one blocks.
3. Pain in the liver region (dull/pressive pain).

Years back I consulted a homeopath for itching and offensive discharge on the genital area, and it
continued till 2010 without any effect. He was mainly giving me medicine for suppressed gonorrhea,
however, I doubt that it is just suppressed gonorrhea but feels if its pilessince upon touching the rectum
it feels that anus is out on spots. I feel relieved when I put boiling hot water on the genital area, it gives
me relief.

Head is permanently heavy, all the time, from morning till I go to sleep. Head is mainly heavy on the
forehead and above eye brows but it keeps shifting. I can feel the as it blood is moving from here to
there, I had some blood discharge also from nose upon nose blowing. Numbness of head after siests
aggravates too much and confusion of mind and head is at its full swing. I am unable to understand
anything at that time and in a state of fighting if someone talks to me. Flowing water and sun shine over
it gives me dizziness. Head symptoms are aggravated from sleep.

Complete sleeplessness, no sleep until I take sleepils.

Increased sexual appetite. Being smoker since the age of 20, now I smoke almost 20 cigarettes a day.

Vision most of times dim and lights expands in the night. I have tried different glasses but no change.
When I take off glasses, I feel better otherwise it is as if I am in dream (everything looks like this). This
is since my young age. I used to get flu very frequently and lots of allopathic medicine were taken for
that.

Confusion of mind in the know streets and roads, if I have to go to certain point, cant figure it out which
road should I follow. I keep navigator all the time with me.

My tongue is yellowish on the base-centre and its been years that it is like that. It is yellow pasty.

Strong hatred for my wife. She is a stress in my life.

Burning of soles and palms, mostly the right side, nightly aggravated, have to uncover them.

16. What exactly is happening? Head is heavy all the time. I can feel the pressure of blood moving. Sometimes, there is blood discharge upon blowing the nose in the morning mostly. Forehead and temple are heavy. Vision is blurred.

17. How do you feel? Aggressive all the time. Can’t bear too much noise or music in loud voice. Feel tense.
18. How does this affect you? Vision is blurred, can’t imagine of driving in the night, since the lights expands.

19. How does it feel like? Heaviness in the head and numbness of the forehead as if constricted by a cord from one temple to other. Symptoms moves from left to right.
20. What comes to your mind? The heaviness may be due to suppressed coryza. I used to have flu very frequent in my early age. Every draught of cold air brought flu. I used allopathic medicine to overcome flu. In my early age I contacted gonorrhea which was treated using allopathic medicine. However, I never recovered from this gonorrhea, and it reappeared in the shape of itching and discharge. Right hand and right sole burns – heat coming out, n sometime I have to uncover the feet to get some relax.

big effect on you?

22. How did that feel like? The discharge of genitals leaves yellow stain, sometimes it is white but always very smelly. Keep rubbing /scratching the area mostly in the night.
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? It bothers me a lot. Keep scratching the area, especially when I am among the people, so I feel very restless. Have to move to wash room to scratch it intensely, n after scratching the skin becomes raw. I feel comfortable after washing the area.

24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? Sometimes I talk to myself.

Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? I consulted a homeopath, he gave me different remedies but never revealed the remedy, so I am unaware that what he has been giving me, a few medicine which he told me are Nitc-Ac, sulphur, nux v 30/200, nat m 30/200/1M.

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food – I like rice very much, and anything with it. I desire green chillies very much.
30. Name of foods which increase your problem : I am not aware of any such food which increases the symptoms, but green chillies had effect of opening the suppressed flu, it worked for sometime, but now when I take green chillies, it has no effect on the flu or head heaviness.

Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry,
impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not, you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections.
I feel aggressiveness and irritable, I am hurry in eating as if just have to finish off my eating. Not too much talkative. Especially I avoid company coz I can’t speak too much. I am shy among the unknown persons and keep quite in functions or gathering. Public speaking (not much chances of public speaking), n I start shieving if I have to talk among people.

32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& - the itching is increased in the summer season and in the night.
Amelioration (Decreases) washing the genetal area with hot water relieves me.

What potency of 'Nitc-Ac, sulphur'?

Nit-Ac 30/200/1m (but i am not sure because the dr never told me, what exactly he has been giving me).

What remedies have been taken for the last 5 days? Nux V 200

How many kids do you have?
2 kids, 1 daughter and 1 son

I haven't taken Nux V very regularly and it always had a good effect except for 1 case when I took Nux V 30 in wet doses, I had taken 2-3 doses in three days and next day my head was very much heavy and I was finding it hard to get up in the morning.

Nux V 200 which I took a few days before had a good impact. I am feeling a bit better in vision, however forehead is still heavy.

I have taken only 1 dose of Nux V 200 and it was on Sunday.

Hi Dr. Nawaz

As per your instructions I took first dose of Thuja 200C on March 14, 2nd on March 18 and 3rd on March 21.

There is slight improvement in the itching and it is less at the night and I am less irritated. However, the offensive discharge is continuing. Soles are burning mostly the right sole and I have to uncover them. Head is heavy as it used to be and I am sleepless at night until I take sleepils. Waiting for your further instructions.

Dear Dr. Nawaz

I am on my 4th day of Sulphur 1M as suggested. I would like to confirm the following changes. On the very next day of taking Sulphur 1M, passed stool and it had the similar offensive odor as it is from the genital area. I have felt some improvement in the itching and discharge afterwards however, it is continuing till now.

The head heaviness and blurrness of vision is still continuing and I don't see much improvement in it.

There is no improvement in the burning of soles.

Dear Dr. Nawaz

I am on my 5th day of Kreosotum 30c as suggested, I would to confirm the following changes. The discharge is very low infact it is ceased, I feel better in the in itching, though it is still present, however, not irritating too much. Head is still heavy and I feel kind of heartbeat in the forehead. Vision is blurred. Slight reduction of sole burning. I am unable to sleep in the night until i take the sleepils.

Also it may be of importance that I sneeze 3 times whenever I am in sunshine.

I took Sulphur 200C this morning (April 8, 2013). Please tell me how many days I need to wait before reporting any changes to you.

Dear Dr. Nawaz, I would like to update you after four days of Sulphur 200c. The itching hasn't improved but I am feeling the discharge again though it is very less. The discharge is mainly between scrotum and thighs area.

Head continues to be heavy especially the forehead. I feel as if blood is moving in the head and trying to come down, however, it is unable to find its way down. The feeling of blood flowing changes its places, right temple, forehead, skull then back of head, but it seems something is moving. Main pressure is on the eyebrows otherwise all the head is covered with this pressure.

Sleeplessness continues until I take the sleepils and right foot is burning.

Dear Dr. Nawaz, this is to mention that the itching is being reduced to much extent and I do not feel any discharge now. Head heaviness is continuing along with sleepiness and right foot burning but to lesser extent.

Dear Dr. Nawaz: After suffering of many years due to the discharge I got rid from it after you prescribed Kreosotum. I am feeling really good. However, I am not aware that why this support was withdrawan since I am no longer getting the support for the head heaviness. I really really need your help to get rid of this head heaviness.

I have been having the cal phos 200 for the last 3 days as advised by you. I feel much comfortable with the itching. A few boils appeared on the area of between thighs and scrotum and in the grion area, which are healing now (the boils are like the one which a person gets after burns - I don't know the proper name for that).
Head heaviness is better though not completely gone. Forehead is still heavy but to lesser extent. Vision is getting better.
I had some sneezing this morning and thrown out some expectoration with the sneezing. Please note that I used to get flu very frequently but now, its been very very long more than 2 years that I didn't had any flu, not even temperature. Otherwise, it was every month or so, that I got flu.
I believe the flu is being suppressed which is appearing in the shape of head heaviness.

Hepar Sulfuris 200
(calcium Sulfuratum Hahnemann)

Please indicate if it is the correct medicine as per your prescription or not.
