frontal headache, right nose blockage, stressing and thinking about one topic for more time

These are the problems i am facing

frontal headache, indigestion,right nose blockage, stressing and thinking about one topic for more time, sleeplessness.

i got cured it before by taking the medicines prescribed by my homeopathy doctor but now he is not practicing it so not prescribing. but i am very much interested so can you tell me what to take and how much to take the medicine.

i remember some medicines but dont remember the dosage etc.,

1) Nux vomica
2) Nat sulp
3) phos.
and some others..

Now want to repeat it and will continue till i get solution to my problems.

sleeplessness and nose blockage is cured but i am facing indigestion, stressing and thinking about one topic and back problem.

stomach is bulged even i dont eat anything, some times after drinking water stomach is bulged.
