External Hemorrhoids

I am suffering from external hemorrhoids for past 3-4 years. It bleeds sometime. When it starts bleeding, it bleeds for 2-4 days and then stops on its own. It does not pain while passing stool or while bleeding. I can feel the lump outside my anal area. I am not at all constipated. Am very regular every morning to go to restroom. Due to many years my hemorrhoids may be in 3rd or early 4th phase.
Need help with homeopathy medicines. Am looking more for a cure than just relief.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also wanted to mention I keep my anal area clean so its not itchy.

My family does not have any history of hemorrhoids. I suspect my problem is due to heavy weight lifting during my early job.

I am Male and age of 40 years.

If you need any other information for prescribing, please do write to me.

Please take three doses of Stramonium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
