1. Describe your main suffering?

Allergies, asthma sometimes, and sinus pressure.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

My neck and back hurt and my knee hurts. I sometimes have sinus pressure.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

I feel a lack of clarity due to allergies and sinus pressure sometimes. This makes it hard for me to allow my mind to rest in awareness.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

Itchy nose, inflamed body, head pressure.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

I have always dealt with allergies. I can not connect it to an event. I feel it is something I have always suffered from.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

In the middle of the night I usually wake up very itchy. During the day I usually do not think about it very much, so I am not sure when I am the worst. Perhaps in the evenings after I have spent the day outside.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

The things which aggravate my suffering are lack of sleep and drinking alcohol, which therefore, I rarely do anymore. Other things which aggravate my suffering are being near animals for too long. Things which ameliorate my suffering are spending time in clean and new houses with air conditioning running. Sunshine, laughter, and meditation.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Sometimes the weather can aggravate my suffering. If it is wet and damp outside it seems to change my mood and to also affect my sinuses. When I am about to start my period or on the first or second day of my period, I can be in pain due to cramps, and therefore, I just feel a bit more tired and bothered in general.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I feel better in temperate weather. When the sun is shining and I can be joyfully outside. Dry weather usually feels better to me, but I am not sure if this is due to the fact that I can be free and play outside or due to the lack of allergens.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I am generally calm and not easily bothered. I am, however, passionate about certain things, which has lead to a certain amount of suffering. I am detail oriented and when I set my mind on something, I find it hard to release the endeavor until the attempt has been fully exhausted. I am not generally a nervous person, however, I do realize that I am not free from fear. The more I am conscious of it, I realize how much I actually do fear. However, this awareness of that fact allows me to simply watch the fear and let it free itself. I am a single minded person, and when I desire something, I tend to fall passionately in love with it. My current desire is Enlightenment, and I am pretty sure that the desire is no longer in my hands. Therefore, I do suffer from the intensity of this desire, however, I do realize the layers that are being shed and the freedom that follows.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

I love thunderstorms. My heart feels excited by the power of them. I feel oddly at home in the midst of a thunderstorm. My allergies feel quiet and my mind is at ease.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

I do not really care about being consoled during my tough times. It is always nice to have your mom near you when you are sick or a shoulder to cry on when absolutely necessary, but I do recognize the importance of 'suffering in solitude'... as this is when I am most open to the whispers of the universe. I am confident in the fact that nothing will ever be given to me that I can not bear.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

I am not noticeably sensitive to external stimuli. After meditation, I do notice that I taste a bit better and my senses are more 'crisp.' Also, I have noticed that I am oddly affected by the sadness of others. I am learning from this, but I do realize that what others feel does have its affect on me.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?

I have none of those habits or gestures mentioned nor any of the like. Oh, I do pop my knuckles! Also, I do have a habit of constantly thinking 'what am I?/what is this?'

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I love my friends and family. I realize that we are interconnected deeply; however, I also know that a certain amount of separation and autonomy is beneficial on both of our ends. I am not in a relationship at this time. I am open to one, however, as the universe permits.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

My fear is dying before Enlightenment, even though I know that death doesn’t really mean anything. I dream of Enlightenment situations a lot (whatever that means).

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I am very confused on what I am supposed to eat these days. The spiritual teachers speak of not eating meat, as it is not sattvic and causes an over active mind. Therefore, I try to only eat a moderate amount of meat. Eating meat also makes me feel 'heavier' than I do if I do not eat meat. I try to stay away from gluten as much as possible. Gluten also makes me feel 'heavier' and just unhealthy. I feel like I have some sort of an allergy towards beer and alcohol. My body does not like them. They agitate my body, make it hard to sleep deeply, and make me feel a bit inflamed. I enjoy vegetables and if I have not had a salad in a while, I will crave greens. Every now and then I crave a good steak, but that is rare. I am not that crazy about eating. I would be ok if I could just take a pill. I also stay away from caffeine, as I feel like it bothers my bladder and makes my body feel over active.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

I feel like my thirst is normal. Of course, I have only my experience and nothing to compare it to.

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

I feel like my hunger is normal. Of course, I have only my experience and nothing to compare it to.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

There is not any kind of food which my body can not stand. I know that my body does not like tomato sauce, but it can stand it. My body does not like extra hoppy beer. In the past I had anaphylaxis to a nectarine and to date paste (we think it was date paste, we were never quite sure). I have had two instances of anaphylaxis.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

I feel like my sweat is normal. If I do sweat, it is even throughout my body.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

My bowel movements are normal and my stool type is normal.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

I sleep ok. I am not a deep sleeper. I am a very light sleeper. Allergies sometimes affect my sleep. I am a sensitive sleeper. I need darkness and a box fan. I am often overly intrigued by the opportunity for deep quiet meditation that I choose that over sleep. I do not have a particular posture of sleeping. I fall asleep in many different ways and wake up in many different positions.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

I am not very concerned with my sexual desires. As I desire Enlightenment, I recognize that there are going to be certain desires that come and go and that can not be entertained. Being that I am not in a loving relationship at this time, when the desire for sex arises, I simply notice it, allow it to remain as it wishes, and then it recedes.

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?

I do not think I am different from others really in any way. I feel we are all made of food which is made of the mystery, we all poop and sleep, and thats that. Our desires may seem to differ, but in truth, we are all the Ultimate seeking Itself, even if we think it might be in a bowl of icecream or the body of a man or woman or the idea of enlightenment. So perhaps I am different in the awareness of my desires, but otherwise, I see myself the same as others.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

I took Advair for a while to treat my asthma that was intensified by allergies and sports. Advair caused yeast infections, and therefore, I quit taking that. I took benadryl for a while for immediate effects, but that made me dull. I do not take much now for allergies or asthma. Asthma does really bother me much, and if so, I take a quick puff of Provental. I usually just suffer through the allergies. Some days will be bad, but usually, I do not pay much attention to it, and so therefore, it just is what it is.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

The major diseases in my family are thyroid diseases, such as Hashimoto's disease, asthma, and allergies.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance

I am 5'1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. I am of a petite yet athletic build.

24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

Please answer the following questions:
(Please give details of your past menstruation if you have attained menopause.)
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?

My periods are usually on time. I have recently added Dimm and progesterone cream to my daily supplements This has affected the timing of my periods, pushing back the first day about a week. But they are leveling off. My periods usually last about 4-5 days.

- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?

I do suffer from cramps. The past couple of periods have been a bit intense, and the cramps have been bad. I usually do not feel like my mood is affected. I do sometimes feel like I am bloated or 'all stopped up' inside right before the periods and during the first or second day. Sometimes my lower back hurts in addition to the cramping during the period. I do not ever suffer after the period has finished. I do sometimes suffer from weird tension in the area of the ovaries during ovulation.

- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?

I would say that the flow is normal to heavy at times (in the beginning). The first day is normal, the second day is sometimes a bit heavier, and then the following days go from normal to light.

- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?

In the beginning and on the heavier days the blood is a deep read and sometimes it looks like light clotting. On the third through fifth days, the blood is a normal red color and an even flow.

- Do you notice any clots in the flow?

Light clotting in the beginning usually.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In the first few lines it seems you are writing about your daughter. Then you have answered the questions for yourself. Can you please clarify for whome the treatment is required?

If you have stated the answers on your daughter's behalf, please clarify.

The first lines are from me about my daughter, writing on her behalf...I had her answer the questions for herself. Sorry for confusion.

Please try MERC SOL 200C only 5 doses first, at a gap of 12 hours between each dose.

Take the doses in the mornings and subsequent evenings in empty stomach. Take some 4 to 5 drops of the remedy in about a spoonful of water slowly sipped up. Do not take any food or water one hour before or after taking the doses.

After 5 doses in 48 hours you should not take any other medicine for your problems. Watch yourself for a week or so and post the changes you notice in your symptoms. Based on your feedback we will decide on further doses.

Best wishes.
