Sepia...please help

Salty had mentioned in my other post that you had helped her with her low iron and hair loss. Could you please help me as well.

I have had hair loss, about 125-150 hairs a day for the last 6 month. My hair is very thin from the top and frontal hair line. I've always had thin hair but only started to notice the loss about 6-8months ago.

I have low ferritin (at 14)and was taking iron supplements to increase my ferritin, iron store to 70 as that promotes hair regrowth from what the doctor said.

I have been using Arnica 30 in the liquid form with 400ml of water and 1 drop of Arica as Joe suggested. But it has been a month now and my hair loss is still the same.

Joe beleives that Arnica will note help me b/c of my low ferritin/iron.

Can you help me please!!!!

I have no other problems. I do not eat any meat or fish. But eat a lot of fruits and veggies, beans and tofu...

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

If your body is short of iron do NOT take iron supplements this simply reduces the gut's ability to take up iron from the throughput.

Take Kelp capsules , use black treacle and use some low Ferrum 3x or 6x twice a day for 3 weeks .
Also once a week take ONE Nat mur 1m tablet. Drop the Arnica for the moment.

I agree with walkin on the iron supplements, I had no luck with them and ended up with a messed up stomach.
