This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may try one dose of NAT MUR 1M first thing in the morning on a single day and note the changes in your disposition for the next 10 days. In case this works, it will help you in your physical level as well.

Before taking the second dose, you should wait for at least a week.

Thank you so much, rishimba. I just finished reading about Nat Mur and i can't believe how much it describes what i experience! I look forward to trying it and reporting back my results.

Any contraindications? Is it safe to take while breastfeeding? I sip rescue remedy all day long. Should i stop that the day i take Nat Mur? Thanks again.

No, there won't be any aggravations if you take a single dose of 1M potency. You should stop taking other rescue remedies if you start this treatment.

I suggested Nat Mur based on your symptoms as well as the etiology of the symptoms. So, I feel this should work.

Best wishes.

If this works, is it something that i will need to take my whole life? Has anyone ever reported any side effects, especially if it was not a suitable remedy for their personality profile?

Thanks again!

Once you start your periods again, you won't need any remedies as your mentals probably would be set right by your hormone themselves.

Nat mur is only to help the body bring it back to normal faster.

If it doesn't help at all, it will not produce any side effect. One dose is safe to try in this potency.
