Possible Pilonidal Cyst

This is the third time in last 9 months it has come up. It starts with unbearable pain and swelling just near the tailbone for couple of days followed by slight yellowish thick fluid coming out. Once the fluid is out, I am back to normal with no pain. I had no history of injury near the tailbone. The only difference in all the three times is increase in the amount of swelling and the fluid quantity. I am 37 yrs old with normal built. Except for being diabetic, no other illness in near past.My job demands a lot of sitting on desk.I checked a lot of sites about the cyst and all take me to the surgery but with high chances of re-occurrence. Please let me know if Homeopathy has a permanent treatment for it.
