sciatica pain

Hello,
My father is 58 and is having sciatica pain for the last couple of months. Pain is in both legs and sometimes while walking his legs would become numb which is very dangerous because he has a job at the moment, when legs become numb it becomes difficult to move. Doctors (allopathic) gave several medicines and now one doctor recommended an injection which is to be injected at the back ( spine area ) . I have searched about that injection on internet and found out that it is just a temporary treatment which works for some people and after that they would recommend a surgery.

I found on couple of internet websites that homeopathic medicines have greatly helped reduce sciatic pain for people . I saw RHUS TOX to be the best one, there aren’t good homeopathic doctors around in our area (they don’t understand diseases much and would do hit and try ) so I have decided to do it myself . My uncle studied homeopathy but doesn’t practice so if i get medicine name I can make it through his instructions and I really want to give it a try cause I saw people having pain relived in 7-10 days .

Following is his XRAY – Lumbo Sacral Spine report ( will get MRI soon )
Degenerative changes seen in lumber spine.
Forward slipped of L4 over L5
Reduced disc spaces between L5-S1

Conclusion
Lumber Spondylosis changes seen
Grade 1 spondylotisthiasis between L4-L5

Can anyone please let me know what kind of dosage to use for RHUS TOX ( if this is the best and will work ) and I will talk to my uncle for its availability .

Many Thanks .
