Suffering from piles from past 6months

Dear Homeopaths,
Need advice on my case. I'm suffering from piles(internal) from past 6 months. My constipation was too hard and i was strained a lot to pass the stool while defecation. After piles, i started drinking 4-5 ltrs of water in a day and taking homeopathic treatment. Though constipation is somewhat soft but still hard to pass. My piles are getting increased in size and paining a lot. I need experts advice whether i'm on tight track by choosing the homeopathy for piles treatment?

thank you for the response. No blood from bowel. but what i saw is passage become smaller and tight. While passing the stool, pain & pulling entire both legs.

PL take
1. Aesculus-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Ferrum Phos-12x+Clac Fluorica-12x (3+3) pallets twice a day

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl take the treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Stop straining at stool. That will make problems worse. Go to toilet only when you feel it is a must.

use the above medicines and give feedback.

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback and prescription. What should i do with the course that i'm currently following? i do not know what medicines they are giving in fact.

Shall i ask them to give the medicines as per Tamhankar's advice?

I'm thinking of allopathy treatment including of laser surgery if applicable...

Please advice.

stop all other medicines except the above suggested by Tamhankar.

Surgery in most of the people helps only for a short time. proper homeopathy on the other hand cures permanently. Corporate hospitals are useless. They only want to mint money.
