CTS or what

i am sajid, male , age 38, plays badminton 6 days a week.

3 months before my righ arm used to be numbed if i sleep to left or i take my hands for pray.
went to doctor and he suggested pregablin 150 mg daily and my numbness flushed out.
from last month i am feeling a different uneasyness on the upper part of palm and i feel uneasiness to play badminton so is this carpal tunnel syndrom?
one doctor suggested me to use arnica 200.

plz help me.
