General question
white powder is mixed in homeopathy pellets,what it is?It is necessary to mix it or one can take only pellets in self medication?

The white powder is a type of sugar. In dispensaries it is used to absorb the excess liquid ,if any.
The present practitioners generally are not using the powder. Take the pellets straight. Keep them under the tongue till they are dissolved. Don't chew on them.
Make sure that there are no odors in your mouth, around you and on you (perfumes etc) while taking the medicine.
Strong odors antidote homeopathic remedies.
