pregnant and toothech

My wife is pregnant and she has cavity which is filled no puss but she still get lots of pain its not safe for her to remove the tooth is there any thing in homeopathy safe for her

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If there is pain even after a few days of filling the tooth, the best thing is to first go to the dentist and show the affected tooth and filling to him. Its possible there is an infection due to improper filling and stuck food particles.

For minor tooth aches homeopathy can be taken based on modalities of the symptoms but in this case I would recommend going to the dentist.
