Dyshidrotic Eczema on hands & feet

Dear Doctors,
My wife (34 Yrs) is suffering from Dyshidrotic Eczema on palm of hands, fingers & soles from her childhood. It is characterized by small blisters, appear on the tips and sides of the fingers, toes, palms, and soles with sweating and excessive itching, cause pain. Mainly occurs in each summer repeatedly. They worsen after contact with soap, water etc. Scratching blisters breaks them, releasing the fluid inside. If anybody can suggest any Homeopathic medicine and doses we will be highly grateful to him. Thanks !!!
