Binge Eating, Over Eating, Weight loss

I'm fairly new to homeopathy and was wondering if I can get some help with Binge Eating, on mostly sweets. I exercise a lot, but I eat way too much and it seems to come from stress. What remedies would help? What other information can I provide to help figure out which remedies would help? Thank you very much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily has helped many to overcome their addiction.

Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken after every meal will reduce weight by 1kg per week.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done at least 6 times before sipping a capful of the bottle as prescribed.

Report your response in 2 weeks.

Thank you very much for your reply!

Why is the wet dose better than dry dose? I have Arnica & Nat Phos in dry doses, 30C - it wouldn't produce the same effects?

If I can take my 30C dry doses, how much would I need to take?

Thank you again!

My therapy aka 'Joepathy' comprises using the Wet dose exclusively for all remedies except for the x potencies which are only available in tablet form.

There is nothing to prevent you from using the pellets but if you wish to overcome your many ailments you MUST use the Wet dose.
