Breastfeeding help

Hello,
I was wondering if there is any homeopathic treatment that would help increase the milk production. I tried Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle but it seemed to upset the baby.
Much appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please try Agnus Caust.Q ( 20 drops per dose 3/4 times a day) and report after 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I called to order the remedy and was asked if I need Liquid dilution or tincture... Could you, please, confirm? Also, what quantity would you recommend to start with?
Much appreciated!

Apologies for my ignorance. I was able to talk to a more knowledgeable person at the natural product store, which explained me that Q is only mother tincture. I ordered 60ml - will get back with the results after 2 weeks of treatment.
Thank you

I have received the remedy on Tue. Noticed an improvement after the first doses - very happy with it.
However, the little one seems to be having stomach aches after each feeding - not sure if due to the remedy. Will try to better time it (take the remedy immediately after one feeding) to see if he's going to be better.
On the other hand, he was diagnosed last week with malacia - the tissue in part of his throat are not fully matured - and he makes abnormal noises when breastfeeding or when he's too excited. This, combined with some gastric reflux (probably from his condition as well) might be the main causes for his pain.
If you might have some suggestions that could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
All the best,
Beatrice

Just for the follow up - I am taking now the remedy after feedings - allowing at least 2 hours before the next feed. No more stomach aches for the little one. Again, not sure if the pains were due to it - might have been just a coincidence.
I forgot to ask for how long should I take the remedy.
For my son's other condition (laryngomalacia) I will start another post.
Best regards,
Beatrice

Dr Mahfooz,
I am also a nursing mother to a 3 month old. I did not have sufficient milk and now its dwindling even more.
Came across your post and saw the medicine name Agnus Caust Q but read somewhere that this medicine is not safe for nursing mothers.

Also, it states that this medicine can pass to the infant through breastmilk and create hormonal problems for the baby.

What do you suggest?
