4month old infant with cold and fever

i took my 4 month baby out yesterday morning in sun when i came back home around 11:30am he had little blocked nose and was not fussy and looked alright.but at night around 2 am he had a fever of 99.5 f and running nose with v vlittle cough.i gave crocin and his fever was normal but cold contines.what should i do for this kind of cold

Please give him one pill of Pulsatilla 30 in the morning and evening for 2 days.
