Cough

Once again I have some kind of virus that starts with a sore throat and congestion and ends with a cough. I have literally been coughing all night. My nose is blocked on one side and the sides keep switching from left to right. Sometimes when I cough I feel like someone sprinkled to much pepper on the back of my throat and tongue. I am so desperate to sleep.
