lump on testicle

hi, having a lump(like a small testicle) of width 1.5-2 cm attached to the upper part of my left testicle since 11/12 years. It is not having any pain. It is not creating any problem to me. But I am a little worried about it thinking is there any thing serious ? I put a torch light behind it and saw the light is clearly passing through it. What it may be ? Is there any homeopathy cure for this ?

me too have same kind of problem. a painless lump outside skin of scrotum for last 10 years.
