Symptoms of UTI

I am having symptoms of sort of UTI, but urine report is all normal only occasional White blood cells or RBC, Urologist say its normal,

My complain is slight tingling and feeling of burning in urethra , and slight pubic area pain mainly on left side ,otherwise urine is normal

I already had eaten cipro , but the doc says it was not needed and just asked me to drink citrosoda and lots of water

I had ultrasound on my own , it had some echogenic debris suggesting cystitis

In homeopathic medicine I am taking Berbesis 1x , 10 drops twice a day

Would appreciate if any remedy is suggested ?
