Pregnancy+neurofibromatosis

Hello. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and I have nf1. Before pregnancy, my nf did not cause me a lot of discomfort. Lately I have had an increased tumor growth as well as sudden sharp pains where tumors are. In particular, I have a fibroid/tumor causing me constant pain in upper abdomen are. There is no hard mass there. Seems to be an exterior growth type of tumor. Is there any remedy I can take to lessen the pain? It's always constant sometimes sudden sharp shooting pain

Please go to a gynecologist as first ensure that the tumour will not cause any detrimental effect to the womb and the baby. Once you feel you are safe, come back here for all your symptoms related to the tumour and yourself.

I've already done that. I've seen a neurologist and my Ob regularly and they have said its no where near the uterus. They were not able to so am ultrasound in the area because it was not clear. They have no idea what's going on.
