Foul smelling vaginal discharge after a lot of sex

I have had a new sexual partner for a couple of months now, who is clean. We have great sex, but one or two days after we have had sex I notice my vaginal discharge smells foul: the first time it was fishy, this time it isn't fishy, but still foul. Last time it took about a week and a half for the symptoms to disappear by themselves.

When we have sex, often I have to stop because my vagina becomes too sensitive and starts feeling sore and sometimes afterwards I notice a burning sensation. Our sex is not particularly rough, but maybe I have a problem relaxing my muscles.

Also, I have not had my period since end of September (it is now May so it's been 7 months now...). I know for sure I am not pregnant. I got my period quite regularly before this time, I am 19 and first got my period when I was 14. The first year 2 years or so I got my period about every 6 months, but then I started becoming regular (±38 day cycle), until now.

I don't know whether all of this is related. Other symptoms I have are acne and bad breath, so it seems like a lot of stuff is 'coming out'. I also have quite heavy mood swings, always have.

I do not eat dairy products (because they make me break out) and I don't eat any red meat.

Thank you for your help!

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.

Foul smelling vaginal discharge.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Acne, bad breath, irregular period, sometimes feeling really full after eating not that much and sometimes diarrhea.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

Embarrassment, low self esteem, discomfort with myself/body.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.

When I am 'at my worst', it is usually mental, very rarely physical. I would have to describe it as a lack of motivation for life.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

As described, the smelling discharge starts approximately two days after having had a lot of sex. Bad breath started a couple of weeks ago (I cannot connect it to anything), and acne started approximately 6 years ago.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

No particular time.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.

In the morning the smell is not bad because there is barely any discharge. The discharge only accumulates during the day.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

I don't think so.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

/

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I can be all of the above. I have extreme mood swings.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

Usually calm, I think.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

Sometimes, yes.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

Yes, I am extremely sensitive to light in particular.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?

Causeless weeping sometimes (less nowadays), talking to one self sometimes. I also fidget a lot, and I smoke a little.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

I love my friends but they are far away, my family is loving but also far away, and I am feeling extremely happy with my boyfriend.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

My fears are general: fear of failure, rejection, unhappiness, etc. I am extremely afraid of spiders. I don't have any recurring dreams. (but sometimes nightmares about spiders)

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave sugar and chocolate often. I don't like coriander.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Normal. I drink a lot of water daily.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

It varies greatly. But, usually normal.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?

Cow dairy products. (comes out on my skin as acne)

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?

Normal. I sweat most on my lower back and underneath my arms.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?

Daily and usually normal, but sometimes I have diarrhea (which I have no explanation for).

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?

I sleep very well usually, and I can sleep a lot when I have the time to. I usually sleep either on my stomach or on my side.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

It is very hard for me to orgasm, but still I love sex, so yes.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?

Nothing that I haven't mentioned yet before.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

I tried to put a tampon with apple cider vinegar, but it didn't quite work. I also had some garlic for a couple of days in a row last time I had it, which worked I think. Now I am taking some probiotics.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

Alcoholism, depression, and tumors.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

I am tall, skinny (naturally), blonde, fair eyes, fair skin and I have freckles.

(For Females)
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.

The last time I had my period was end of September. Sometimes I get stomach cramps like I would when I would get my period, but I never bleed. Once I found a very small amount of blood in my underwear, but nothing more. Also sometimes I get very emotionally sensitive so I think I am getting my period, but I don't. My discharge sometimes (but not often) varies from normal to stretchy/stringy. Normally it is clear white and I don't have a lot of it.

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.

None.

Thank you!!!!

Hi,

You most likely have bacterial vaginosis, which is
treated by antibiotics. It is the most common vaginal
infection and is often caused by bacteria changes with
a new sex partner and also douching. No one really
knows the total reason why- Google this - it has
a fishy odor which is different than a yeast infection.

When was the last time you had a gyno check up?
Do you know why your periods stopped? You
should get checked out for both things-homeopathy
is good at helping to regulate the period-but you should
get a proper diagnosis on the cause. I don't know
if the remedy is going to fix the infection.
