The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Eyes blurry and scratchy

I wrote to this forum awhile ago but cannot find my post. The person told me to take Aconitum Naellus 30C for 3 x a day for a day. Then take Ruta Graveolens 6 C for one week 3x a day and then to report back. I noticed no difference after taking the remedies. My symptoms are my left eye is a little blurry in the middle. It feels like sand or dust in them even after I open my eyes when swimming. It seems like something is constantly in my eye and it occasionally moves into different places in the I have some myopia and astigmatism. I am 64 YO and teach yoga and eat a healthy diet and am in good shape.

I pretty much follow Ayurveda. I am vata/pitta. I stau pretty active and ice skate miles in the wintertime here. I sometimes have low energy especially in the morning. I don't think I really have any problems with my stomach. According to yoga and Ayurveda, the stool is supposed to float, which mine does almost always. i teach Kundalini yoga. I am not sure if these are the things you are looking for. Please let me know if you need new information.
