DR Kadwa - any ideas? Please

1. Where each symptom is located
In the last 2 weeks my fingers started to wrinkle (without being in water) and have slowly got more pronounced and now cover the palm. Then in the last week my fingertips have turned red and the skin become shiny. The skin at the base of the palm is also now peeling.

2. What first started it off
I have been doing a parasite cleanse using lots of garlic, pau d'arco, diatomaceous earth and neem. I'm assuming it is related as it's the only thing i've been doing thats different. I've been doing the cleans for about 2 months now. However there is something going on with the hormones.

My fingers stay wrinkly all the time however they are slightly better after sleep, but still red

I go to sleep between 10 and 11 and normally wake between 6 and 7 but always very tired when I wake. No recurring dreams. I have some nights where I wake a lot.

6. What you are sensitive to
I am sensitive to loud noises, cold, arguments,

7. Your state of mind
I have fears of dying and leaving my daughter with no one to care for her, I get worried about paying the bills, i get depressed sometimes. I feel I can't deal with stress very well.

8. Any desires or aversions for particular foods, and wether certain foods make you feel better or worse.
No foods make my symptoms better and I don't have any cravings however before I started the cleanse I did crave chocolate. I have gluten allergy and am vegan by choice.

9. Details of any major diseases suffered in past.
Childhood I had Tonsilitis alot and ear problems, No major illnesses. Had an emergency Cesarian section 6 years ago.

10. Detals of any reactions to other medicines taken.
I am allergic to penicillin and dont react normally to anesthetics.

11. History of homeopathic treatment if any.
Was given some for depression about 4 years ago, I use them ongoing for day to day things but not much as I have been generally very healthy.

12. All other symptoms you have
I have not menstruated for the last 3 months, about 3 months ago I started to have very strong night sweats and day hot flashes which lasted about 2 months. In last 3 days my breasts have become very tender and sore. I am 45 yrs.
I was having quite bad digestive issues with bloating that made my stomach very large, tight and sore. This seems to have stopped in last week.
I am quite concerned as I feel these symptoms with my hands are saying there is something quite serious going on.
